I have not watched it yet, but I saw that Chauncey went with the starting lineup I have been hoping to see. Grant was listed at SF next to Walker.......and a backcourt of Brogdon and Ant. They complement one another
Agreed. I like this starting lineup MUCH better

He said he decided to make the starting lineup change a couple games ago but wanted to wait until they returned home (not sure why) to do it. The original plan was to have Sharpe start and not Brogdon.

If you are referring to points per shot, Scoot was also more efficient than Anfernee Simons, who took 20 shots and scored 20 points.

Scoot took 6 shots and scored 7 points.
Neither were very efficient tonight. Ant obviously had a great 4th.

Of course, the bad thing about comparing the two is that Ant it the opposing scouts #1 concern while defenses more or less gameplan to let Scoot shoot. If the gameplan were reversed, Ant was dared to shoot and Scoot was the defenses primary focus, I'm guessing the efficency comparison would not be close.

Also should be noted Ant had 4 assists and 0 turnovers while Scoot had 3 assists and 5 turnover. The young guy has a long way to go, but he can get there.

Watford looked good in 1st half, nailed 2 threes, dropped a couple dimes ... then Trendon got benched the entire 2nd half, so Royce O'Neil could stand around and do absolutely nothing.

Coach Vaughn must get grilled by Nets fans. Brooklyn has good players, but they seem poorly managed.

Based on the previous 3 calls, how does a fan not think the NBA is rigged and that Donaghy was the ONLY one. Every call in favor of the large market team. FT's, more than 2-1 in favor of the large market team in a tie ball game. Some of this stuff is flat out unbelievable.

Normally, I think it evens out, but this has been egregious.
The Blazers were 6pt underdogs and won by 2. I don't think the NBA would care about rigging this game, either.

The refs just suck.

So nobody mentioning Ant 20 points on 20 shots? 1-7 from three?
Guess when you make the game winner that kind of thing doesn't register?

So, I don't want to make a new thread, but where tf is Ayton and why nobody talks about it?

As long as you have as many points as shots….. it’s all gravy!

Re Ayton being iced in, I'm surprised no one brought up the Dale Davis incident.

I kind of thought after the uproar about Scoot they would have been punishing Ant.
All he had to do was make that last one. If he misses that one and they end up losing I’m pretty certain it would have been much different.
