Turner kinda has some Whiteside in him on the defensive end. Goes for a lot of blocks, gets some, but also gives up a lot of offensive rebounds and dump off passes because of it.

Not all 1st round picks are created equally. Two late 1st round picks in 2024 feels similar to one future 1st in an unknown draft.

I think it’s more that Grant got up for this game knowing he’d be playing against an AS forward like Siakam. Going through the motions against anybody (like Grant’s been doing) is boring. This is a player-pride kind of game.

Cronin doesn't have to trade Grant to shave cap space. Next year's luxury saving payroll only needs minor adjustments.
