Let's beat the Fakers

I don't understand why Scoot is out. I have broken my nose both in football and futbol and I'm back in the game as soon as I can get the bleeding stopped.

in football you wear helmets to protect. In basketball he could get hit again and potential further the injury?

He's questionable and quite possibly out. Simons is questionable too. I wonder if they would have signed another guard though if they were both expected to play.

I feel like I remember players taking a game off while they get a mask made, after an injury like this. I wouldn't go back out there until I had some sort of shield. I've broken my nose and it is no joke pain. Also, it's possible he's in concussion protocol, or would they have announced that?

The Lakers have a chance to sweep the season series against Portland. The last time LA swept Blazers was 1988, when Magic's Showtime Lakers were blasting past every opponent not named Pistons.

Big day in sports. Football all day and the Blazers vs the Lakers.
What more can i ask for?

So your hope is zero backup PGs against the Lakers? Do you really think that work again?
Or is Scoot playing?

I think Scoots playing. I think he’s tougher than missing additional time to what equates to a bloody nose

The Blazer radio guys will do the TV broadcast tonight.

How long till the Lakers hit Scoot in the face?

Did the Portland Trailblazers trade Damian Lillard so we could watch Malcolm Brogdon and Jeremy Grant lead the team?

I kind of don't see the point of what is going on.

I thought the plan was to try to get off the mediocrity treadmill.

Sharpe is out. Henderson is dinged up a bit, but basically hasn’t played well enough to earn a starting spot.

this game starting a bit late for Lakers.... because they had to take down all the Clippers stuff from earlier today.

No, nobody has earned the right to start. If you're an All Star, you've earned the right to start on a rebuilding team.

If you're a long-time role player, that is exactly the player that shouldn't be starting or playing big minutes.

The goal of the Blazers right now should be to develop possible stars and younger role players.
