Remix vs Blazers starters... i think Jody's G-League team can take 3 of 10

Memphis won again giving them 5 wins more than Portland. Be tough for the Grizz to out-tank the Blazers

At this rate I don’t see us winning too many more games. Charlotte is nipping at our heels. Hopefully the Wizards can put some wins together too

- yah you know, those calls were so loud, it just took away all our momentum

- I'm proud of my guys, they scrapped and clawed and never gave up. We got really good looks, you know, just couldn't get them to drop

multiple times this season we have been absolutely destroyed in b2b games by the same opponent.

At least we’re starting the tank before the all star break this year

Maybe we can really put some losses together and get a top 3 pick

Jaden McDaniels is such a good defender. Just knows how to use body position and angles. Definitely up there with Herb Jones, Alex Caruso and Jarred Vanderbilt.

And he’s lengthy as fuck, which helps. We tend not to draft those kind of guys.

Blazers 37% and 27% on their own rim. That's really bad. Lucky it wasn't worse then a 30 point beatdown

Billups "we did as good as we could"

Chauncey sounds sad, he's coaching a really bad basketball team

Coach wants his guys to get away. Shake off the ugly basketball happenings. Take a vacation and recharge the battery

The schedule after the All-Star break is TOUGH. We have 28 games remaining and I don’t see us winning more than 5 games maybe.

If it is, then years of 1st round exits would be the best case scenario that could come from it.
if it isn't we could just as easily become old Kings with a 14 year playoff drought ....I'm way too old for this long term tanking shit...winning basketball means, winning at basketball...and doing it in a playoff setting is the best development tool in the game for young talent. With the G league we can look at projects all year long outside of the draft.

That exact comparison was my concern a year ago as well. We are better positioned for a long playoff drought than we are to become contenders, in my opinion.

I’ll tell ya what. Simons is just not a winning basketball player

Maybe as a flamethrower off the bench but otherwise…

If someone would trade 2 FRPs for him, they should be fired

When that reality sets in I think it would be important to avoid those five wins. Chauncey just talked about how important it was for him to get to see how (and more likely if) Scoot and Ant can play together. So I wouldn't be surprised to see Jerami sitting to rest his back the rest of this season or at the very least in these upcoming games until after that back to back against Memphis.

Who on this roster is proven to be a winning player as a starter? Ayton?

Ant being a #1 option is asking way too much of him... like CJ, the ideal situation is he's your 4th best starter or something like that. Sadly, if we dump him, then Grant becomes the #1 option and gets crapped on. Then he gets moved and either Sharpe or Scoot get crapped on for not being a good enough #1 option.

I seriously hope this the last year where we purposely tank.
The GM was given an 18 month window at the press conference. No changes needed. Lots of losing and top picks will fix this franchise, just like OKC (ignore Pistons, Hornets, Wizards etc malfunctions)

Blazers played scarecrow zone defense tonight. Portland's weakside help was staked deep into the corn field. Give Toumani props, he was battling hard.

In 6 games vs OKC and Minnesota this season, we’ve lost by an average of 30 points.
