hey..... we made Miami's starters play all 48 minutes. That's cool, you know

Blazers prioritized defensive versatility at the cost of 0 offense.
The options were limited... we don't even have 4 healthy players that NBA teams respect on offense.

Seriously, what is Chauncey’s deal with Rupert? He still can’t get any run even with all of the injuries?

I know the options are limited, but I really didn't tune in because I wanted to see Ant and Grant get 40 minutes each or Ant jack up 26 shots. But I guess without Scoot & Sharpe there aren't many reasons to tune in other than Camara; at least not for me

Grant had 7 rebounds tonight; that's only the 6th time this season he's had 7 or more rebounds

Camara's best game?

Miami tied a franchise record with Spo's 31st different starting lineup this year

Camara fouled out in about 20 minutes so no.

Didn’t see this. My enthusiasm for the rest of this season is nil.

this team needs a road trip. The 7 game homestand didn't quite work out like it was supposed to.

I sure am glad Rayan Rupert sat on the bench the whole game.

Any minutes he would get would probably come at the expense of watching Kris Murray tear it up with his phenomenally bad shooting. I think one of them almost went in. Most of them were horrible stink-bombs.

Ant should absolutely get traded in the off-season if this team has any hope of taking a step forward.

That pick still baffles me. Was he even projected to be a first rounder?
He was predicted to go about where we picked him. I didn't like the pick, mostly because of the 3P% and the eyeball test showed no other NBA skill on offense. Best case scenario, he turns out to be a solid rotation player, but It's hard to see that if the shot isn't falling.

It's hard for me to imagine Billups has any sort of deal with Rupert. Is it just possible he's clearly worse and/or not as ready as Kris Murray? That's my assumption.

Simons going to be in Portland for the long haul. Did you miss Cronin's press conference? There's no more stepping back. Joe is happy, Coach is happy, the owner is happy, Squiggy is happy. It would take a Rudy Gobert type haul before Cronin even thinks about trading his star performer.

How many years will the Blazers tank in hopes of that elusive lottery pick that will turn a culture of losing into winning?

Yeah, I'll give Murray credit - he was WORKING on defense last night. But effort alone isn't enough, and his shooting is painful to watch.

I'm guessing that he shoots a lot better in practice, but seems he is choking up in games and it's not getting better. I guess coach keeps playing him, hoping he can break out of it.

Nonshooters gotta shoot!

I’m going to say 2-8 over the next 10
