At this point I don't see the point in taking, we ain't gonna be anywhere near the worst team in the league. That's reserved for the Jazz, Raptors, Wizards and maybe Pelicans if they just decide to "shut it down." I want us to win as much as possible as long as Sharpe, Scoot, Clingan and/or Camara are contributing big. Don't need to see Simons or Ayton anymore. We should just pray the NBA decides to reward us with the number 1 pick this time no matter what position we are in.

2 years ago we were .500 going into the break and ended with the 6th best odds.

Don't doubt Joe and Co's ability to tank. That's the one thing they've shown they can do.

I would still like to see us tank. We do not have a championship core yet. Need one more star piece.

There is still 68 games left.

Loads of time for losses

Can I just say: this Hawks team is no joke! Getting Daniels and Quinn Snyder has really turned this team around. And Jalen Johnson and Risacher are a great young pair of forwards. Trae Young is their Anfernee, though.

Point is: this was a solid win! And I no longer hate ALL third quarters
Simons wishes he was Young. And I hate Young’s game.

It's funny: our highest-minutes player was Toumani, and he scored all of 3 points and was a -6, but we all know he's pretty much our MVP (other than Rob, of course).

I mean I guess. But at this point, hardcore tanking means shutting Sharpe down at some point this season, and unless he is legitimately hurt, I don't want to see that. I would rather see games like this especially seeing Sharpe making clutch baskets with the game on the line, such big experience for him. It is pretty evident we probably won't be in the top 5 with the best odds in the lottery so lets just see how this team does riding Sharpe especially and pray ping pong balls are on our side draft lottery day.

This is why we need to trade for draft picks.

Sure if we can do it by all means. Not sure who we can find to sucker for there lottery pick this year with Ant, Grant or Ayton. Grant maybe could and Timelord if he can stay healthy, otherwise, only Sharpe would get you a lottery pick currently.

Another good win and Sharpe beginning clutch down to the wire. But the bench score 58 points tonight and that just might been the key to this win.

This team had 10 players who deserved to be on the floor and 3 legit players coming back. Bench scoring is not going to be an issue. Chauncey playing matchups and feel is going to lead to big numbers off the bench.

Good on Chauncey for putting Scoot back in down the last stretch. I liked the challenge because it shows belief in the team. I still cannot fathom the refs final interpretation of that call. Young clearly thrusted into Toumani

Not sure. Don't want to be trading any away, either.

I thought they changed that so players couldn't do that.
