Nah, a lot of guys are hurt but Shaedon just has a very short leash. He makes a couple of mistakes out there and Chauncey sits his ass on the bench. At the same time even when Shaedon's game is rolling on both ends, if Chauncey's scheduled rotation says so... he sits Shaedon's ass on the bench.

I haven't been one of the anti Chauncey crowd but the uneven managing of these players is getting to me. I am biased though, I want to see Shaedon play more than any other guy on this roster.

On a different note. Our fucking defense was absolute shit tonight.

And it doesn't seem fair to Deni either. he seems kind of worn down lately and it seems more rest would do him good.
 
Lamar just said that Ant only took 5 shots?!?! Dafuq? Ant had less shots than usual at 13 attempts but why do I know that and Lamar thinks it was 5... I guess he was just looking at Scoot's line on accident. Scoot having 5 attempts is not as shocking.

One thing I will say about Deni getting a lot of PT is that he does play about all 5 positions basically.

And the dude doing on air analysis didn't even sound confused when the words "5 shots" came out of his mouth when talking about Ant. I guess no one was locked in tonight. Chauncey said it was an alright game basically at the presser. The only thing to say about our team in that game is they didn't show up. To just tip your hat to Denver is disingenuous. Denver did come to play and they are the better team but we provided very little resistance.

I just don't get it. He won't play Shaedon like a starter. Shae is the only guy on the team that gets sat when he makes mistakes. Then Chauncey won't give Shaedon a chance to get some run in garbage time when he's sat so much throughout the rest of the game. Not cool.

Yeah, he couldn't walk on his injured leg and they're calling it a calf strain. He looked pretty hurt for just a calf strain. That being said, I don't see DA as much of a gamer, or a guy that would play through pain, so... he could be back on Thursday next week which is the game after our next game due to the all star break.

What id give to have the hope at a cooper flagg the way we had hope for a Wemby.

Never should have and if Joe actually had offers for any of Ant, Jerami or more unlikely Deandre where we didn't have to pay to get rid of them and Joe didn't pull the trigger on those, he's a fucking idiot. If he had someone willing to give anything more than two second round picks and an expiring for Rob and didn't, he was taking a big gamble.

This team isn't complete, we still need a sure fire superstar, ending the tank/rebuild now is a huge "fuck you" to all of us who had to sit through tanks to get better position in way worse drafts.

I find that believable but obviously unknowable. If it's true fuck that non-owner. These fucks at Vulcan are supposed to be managing a trust towards dissolution and want to play like they started Microsoft with Bill Gates, none of them did, none of them inherited our team and they manage our team like it. Interest when they want to be interested, no skin in the game, fucking shameful.
 
Honestly more surprised Clingan went 8/8. Those shots he took did not look good lmao.

Gonna get a lot more minutes going forward though, which is great.

It doesn't really matter. If it's on Joe or the trust managers masquerading as our ownership, we are still majorly fucking up. Tanking so hard in a draft last season with no prospects that looked like sure fire starters in the league and then stopping the tank this season going into what experts are calling the best draft in a decade. Fuck Joe if he doesn't see how stupid that is and Fuck Joe if he as the two decade front office basketball professional couldn't sell a bunch of nerds on the correct direction for this team to take.

Just play Bert or whoever, twenty minutes of highlights from Flagg, then 20 minutes of highlights from Bailey and then 20 more minutes of highlights from Dylan Harper. They're all ultra athletic, big and extremely skilled for their size. We don't have anyone like them. I love Deni but Deni is the dollar store version of what those guys are the luxury brand name of.

Probably is fools gold.

I never would have entered the season with the vets we had.

But once we won 9 of 10 and the tanking ship had sailed I was fine with going for the playin.

We play 5 lotto teams after the Lakers once the all-star break is done so that's probably the final stand if we want to make a run at the playin.

Either way we're not in the Flagg /Bailey/stud prospect lotto race.
