Youngins vs Youngins

So I’ve seen we are the 3rd youngest, but heard we are second and last night somebody said we are youngest. Make it make sense.

It depends which side of the bed you sleep on.

This is going to be a tough one, OKC's defense is amazing. They are also so effin' quick to convert turnovers into points.

Gotta really admire how good they look as a basketball team, they just play pretty, tough-nosed basketball.

I think the Blazers are a year or two away from being able to withstand the kind of defensive pressure they are going to face there.

The Blazers are the second youngest team by .052 years.

The Thunder are the youngest team.

The Spurs are third.

Average age of the starting lineup matters much more than the 15th man on the roster. I never understood why people weigh the age of players at the end of the bench who doesn't play at all the same as a starter playing 40 minutes.

If there were a stat for weight age of minute player by a team I would be interested in that.

20 year old Bronny playing a couple minutes this season shouldn't count the same as his 40 year old dad playing 35mpg.

This is one of those games I'm 100% ok with us going all out to win. OKC is likely the best team in the league.

Interested to see how our defense looks.

I think these numbers are generally in flux as players get waived and signed

besides that, I'm thinking this is not a significant gauge. Like ST implied, if a team has a couple of 19 year olds on the back end of their roster that never play, that skews the team's average age number

Portland's average age is around 24, but 100 minutes a game are going to 3 players that are 30.6; 26.3; and 25.4. The average age of Portland's starters last night was 26.1. The average age of OKC's starters is 23.7

which demonstrates that teams can be very young and still be very good. Like OKC; or Orlando, or Houston; or Memphis. Portland is not like those teams

Probably a better reference than the one I used.

11.5 point underdogs this may be a difficult game to watch. This game going to highlight which team drafts better.

I just hope they don’t blow us out by 60 again. That should never happen this year

Chet is gonna make Clingan look bad because of his quickness. White on white crime

I see no reason to ever guard Chet with a center unless he is under the basket. The dude put on weight but still weighs less than Jerami. I would put Camara on Chet and Deni on SGA. I would also throw some zone at them.

Must lose game! The Bucks and Dame are going to get that #1 pick.
Pick goes to NY or Brooklyn or New Orleans or something - Bucks don't keep it.

At one point we had it from the CJ trade but we sent it out for Grant. I think we didn't get the top unprotected portions though.

Could probably say the same about every Thunder player and every Blazer matches up to them.

We should lose this game about 99 out of 100 times so it's one of the rare ones I'm totally fine rooting for the Blazers to try and win.

It was a joke but nice catch. Is there a protection on it at all?
