The Conductor doesn’t want to lose. If anything the Blazers just extended The Conductor so he was ok to loseThe real question is -- WTF did Billups not pull Sharpe and Camara with like 2 min or so in the 4th ??
Did Cronin call someone and send a note to Billups that said -- WTF are you doing bench Sharpe and Camara
This is proof that Billups needs to be fired the next day after the Laker game -- period
I love his podcast with Andre Iguodala....ET is a smart and funny dude.Evan Turner is a good dude. Seems like a genuinely nice guy & I’ve heard several off the court stories about his time here to confirm that. It was fun hearing him on the broadcast tonight.
Now we have to lose the next two no matter what. The Warriors need that win. The Lakers may need theirs or be sitting guys but we still need that loss.
We should be able to tank under them even if they're resting a bunch of guys.Looks like the Lakers won't need to win in Portland. LA's next game is Houston, and Houston is resting their starters.
The Lakers only need to win one of their last two games to secure the 3 seed.
The Lakers win the tie-breaker with Nuggets, Clippers, Grizzlies, and Warriors.
Huh, I cannot think of anyone better than Hurd....Smooth and insightful. Funny how it's such a personal opinion
Props to the Jazz fans. It looks like a very good/full crowd for a tanking team. Most arena’s would be empty in that situation.
Free throw shooting is one of the weakest elements to this Blazer team
Do they? 3-way and 4-way tiebreakers are different and may come into play.Looks like the Lakers won't need to win in Portland. LA's next game is Houston, and Houston is resting their starters.

That was awesome! Nice job!
Portland was involved, so we’ll probably get a huge fine and lose our pick. Maybe be forced to move Deni to the Lakers for a 2nd round pickWhat a pathetic game. Both teams sat most of their best players in order to make sure they lost. This is the kind of crap that makes the NBA bush league. And Adam Silver will look the other way and say nothing.
So that Sharpe guy....he seems pretty good.
37-7-5-2
Still too many turnovers, but overall, his development has been a plus this year.
I've said it a lot but Shaedon's personality just won't allow him to step past Ant in the pecking order... I don't think that's a bad sign from Shaedon, I think it's just about respect. So if you're Joe, you know that Ant doesn't fit Chauncey's system and is holding back your most talented player then you get Ant the fuck out of there.he seems to have found some inner alpha-dog lately
sorry PW, but is easily could be from stepping out of Ant's shadow
in the last 6 games Simons has missed, Sharpe is averaging 28-7-4; and Avdija averaged 33-12-7 before sitting out the last 2
now, Simons wasn't the only high usage player missing....Ayton and Grant were out too, but it did seem that both Sharpe and Avdija really amped up production in the absence of Simons
the other side of that is Sharpe needed 22 shots a game to average 28. But that's all due to his over-reliance on three's. He was 17-57 on three's in 6 games. That's 9.5 attempts a game and he only hit 30% of them. However, he was 43-76 on two's; that's 57%. Sharpe needs some serious coaching on shot selection and I'm skeptical he'll get it from Chauncey
