The scrimmage itself was, for the most part, pretty bland.

Wonder what attendence will be? Can't think of a year I'd expect less over the last few decades.
Rupert drives out of control, but gets to the line. 0-2, but Reath scores off the board
Game wasn’t broadcast FAMS! You got some interns and part time TV guys shooting the games with a kid in charge of doing replays….you ain’t getting any highlights bro.Are they going to post any highlights? The stuff I found on IG was pretty bland.

There's literally no reason to go to these if the team is gonna suck.
In the halftime shooting competition, Devontae Graham goes 2-5 in his first rack, 3-5 in the next two.
Rupert does the same, actually hitting 3-4 in his final track before time ran out.
Fan "Allie" makes 1-15, and fan "Anthony" gets none.
Banton has 2 2-4 racks, then hits 4-5 to finish. Reath hits 4-5 in his middle rack, but only 3 total from the side racks.
Fan "John" also puts up an 0-fer, and "Veronica" is unable to even come close to the rim. Black wins 17-15.
Is this 4-on-4, rotating player or after every possession the normal process for a fanfest scrimmage?
Oh, apparently that was just a warmup. Weird. The actual scrimmage is about to start.
I was wondering about that too.
Nam-myoho-renge-kyoThat's funny. You might have added: "It appears this Fan Fest will follow HORSE rules. Why is one guy pitching like it's baseball and the other guy is squatting like a catcher?"
That reminds me of when the Beatles popularized Indian music. At a Ravi Shankar concert around 1969-70, the musicians played for 10-15 boring minutes of chaotic sounds, just like Indian music on the radio, and stopped. The curious British audience politely applauded, after seeing sitars for the first time. Without missing a beat, Shankar came to the microphone, smiled kind of embarrassed, and in his foreign accent said with grace, "Thank you for enjoying our warmup, and I'm sure you will enjoy it even more when we play."

That was from their own social media shooters. Glad they got some highlights…..weren’t going to get any from the BIGSCREEN show, that’s for sure. They have those fantastic cameras and can’t get certain angles we can’t. Haven’t seen them, but those guys do a great job. All the angles people on here bitch about actually….HA!Um, hate to break it to you, but the blazers IG account did post some stuff from it.
NINETEEN- 69!!!!?? Holy shit….was everything in black and white back then? #BAMBack in '69 there was a guy in my dorm who had a shrine in his room. He put offerings like a candy bar on it, while he chanted Nam-myoho-renge-kyo. He said it was okay to eat the offering after a few hours. I copied him and started saying Nam-myoho-renge-kyo to students, to bug them.
The Buddha must have smiled on me for that, because now I get to post here and say things to bug people.
You would have loved the sixties!NINETEEN- 69!!!!?? Holy shit….was everything in black and white back then? #BAM

This really beautiful young woman recruited me and a friend and we actually went to a couple meetings and chanted!
I'm changing @PtldPlatypus's moniker to PtldPlayByPlayPus because this is awesome!
Thanks for doing this!
Thats how I learned about it, back in 66 I met a chick (thats what they were back then) that would chant it once in a while. This really beautiful young woman recruited me and a friend and we actually went to a couple meetings and chanted!
