Lions coach shit the bed BAD. I just don’t understand the thought behind his 4th down decisions. Wtf does he say on the post game? It’s the last game of the season and you are getting owned all half so you press your luck and rather than tying the game , most likely, you fucking blow it?

Yep

And now I have to watch the Blazers lose too. Fuck my life.

Game already over no way they are getting an onside kick

Well that sucks

I feel sorry for the Lions. It's awesome to see them turn that team around.

Ok and some day tell me the joke.

I have 4 cats now. Mostly out of respect for you and learning from you. The Mama was pregs here. Stray. Took pregs mom in here. Had the four babes. All are now fixed. One is gone. But they all spend QT in the house in and outside.

I forget what year, back in 90s SF traded Joe Montana to KC. Both KC and SF made it to conference champion game. Fans were stoked over a Montana/Young Chiefs/49ets Super Bowl. Both teams lost and we got Cowboys and Bills, again.

Pistons fans get to troll Lions fans

what a bunch of chokers !!

Barry Sanders should move to Miami and root for the Dolphins.

Rumor was end of career he could have gone Niners and turned it down because he was too loyal to Niners. To this day, it why he and Jerry rice talk shit….

Niners!

Gotta give a bunch of props to the Lions. That team is solid and will be good for a while.
Sure seems like they should have gone for the FG when they had that chance.
You also have to give a bunch of credit to the Niners for not giving up at all and coming back in this game. Brock Purdy made some huge plays. Might have taken a late hit that was a "No Call" that would have kept a big drive alive.
Deebo Samuel is quite possibly the glue that holds that team together.

I understand going for it on 4th is the shtick that got them to this point but shouldn't things change a bit for a championship game against the best in the league?

Yeah. I love the call and hate the call.
Same when it happens to the Ducks.

I think the football gods don't like it when you go for it on 4th rather than kick a FG. I understand the call though, particularly if it's a longer FG and your kicker is shaky.

But man, the 49ers have been incredibly lucky the past 2 games. They don't look anywhere near their mid-season dominance. Better to be lucky than good sometimes.
