Jerami will shoot 35% and still have people arguing. I don’t get what timeline humanity is on anymore.

His defense isn't better than Camara's, neither is his offense.

5.3 rebounds is good for Grant and 3rd on the team. Also his 8.3 fta per game was best on the team and almost twice the guy (Shae) who came in second. So hopefully he can build on that.

Yeah when I heard Chauncey say who the starters are going to be, I didn't have on my bingo card anyone being upset with that lineup.

I thought Shaedon was much better than Jerami in the pre-season but if Jerami played better he barely did. So if I concede that Jerami looked better by a little, I still don't get the complaint because Jerami has no upside and Shaedon has plenty so we should want to get Shaedon more reps with the other starters.

Also the fact that Jerami might pout is a good reason to sit his ass not give him what he wants because you're trying to massage his ego.

In my mind, there was never a question that Sharpe wouldn't start at SG if healthy. The only real question was who would be the 2 forwards that started next to Sharpe and Jrue. I realize that some websites projected that either Tou or Grant would start at SG, but I am guessing that one idiot posted it and others copied. It made no sense. As I said several times, the only way Grant was going to start was if CB wanted to bring Camara or Deni off the bench. I did not want that to happen, but at least there is some what of an argument that could be made.
 
So our bench of actually useful players, in order is now:
Grant
Matisse
Yang
Kris (might be ahead of Yang, certainly less likely to undermine team defense)

I guess Yang is our backup PG

If defense is important, and we always say it is, then Wesley is useful as well. Not big minutes, but until Scoot gets back, he can give the team 6 minutes a half. He just needs to shoot less and not force any bad passes.
 
C'mon Shae, you need to be Kobe 2.0 and take all the shots. Put that Mamba Mentality in you and show Edwards that you're NEXT. The NEXT up and coming Superstar.

As of yesterday it was projected to be sold out tonight, a packed Moda Center.
the opening night t-shirts are on all the seats.
