Those are things stars do, and he's doing it with greater and greater consistency.

This might end up the best trade in franchise history when it's all said and done.

Please take no offense, but the only time I see the statement "I don't have anyone on ignore", is when I foolishly click the button..."Show ignored content". For me, it speaks about the types of people I choose to interact with. For what it's worth, that is very common on all sports boards.

He's already elite. I don't think many players are carrying the roster around him to a better record.

Subjective, but definitely arguable. My definition requires doing it for at least one full season and making the big plays in winning time. I don't think Deni's shown that yet, but he's absolutely trending that way.

I ripped on Love earlier this year not a big fan of black hole PG’s. But kid has his moments and definitely nice to throw in during games where you need a spark.

He's the Banton replacement.

When the team gets better, his nonsense won't play as well. But the Blazers right now have at least five guys in the rotation that I can think of that routinely pass up good shots and one that acts like he thinks the ball will give him cooties. They need a player who can create shots and get a couple of buckets just to keep the other team from having extended runs. When Love gets going, he can do that and more.

His challenge and the only thing that will keep him in the league is to become a more consistent shooter and a better playmaker. Otherwise, as the Blazers get more guys that will take shots and hit shots in the flow of the game and they don't have to dig out from so many double-figure deficits, he'd become a liability that only would play on bad teams or G-League teams. His lack of a conscience plays well right now with his experience against high-level competition from college and the Blazers being riddled with injuries.

I ripped on Love earlier this year not a big fan of black hole PG’s. But kid has his moments and definitely nice to throw in during games where you need a spark.

It seems to depend on who he is on the floor with. Our depth has really taken a hit, and sometimes he really needs to be a black hole because of who he is on the floor with. Kind of like Mo Williams, the one season we had him. His role was to score. Obviously, Love is not as good as Mo at this point in his rookie year, but again, with all the injuries, he kind of needs to shoot a lot.

He’s 100% a shoot first player. For me personally I prefer a PG who makes others around him better he’s not that guy unless he’s hitting shots. To me he’s a guy you plug in for 5 minute run when things aren’t going well and you need a spark. Maybe a 12th guy off of bench type of guy. If he’s hitting you give him extended minutes. Right now we have to play him
