Was reading about Patty C.'s real estate empire last night. He took his signing bonus from Baltimore Orioles of something like 400k and turned it into 500 million in property and assets over the course of his basketball career. Bright guy! He's got some property investments with CJ McCollum in Portland as well as several other teammates over the years.
