I honestly think this is way off.
He doesn’t lack confidence in himself.
He lacks confidence in his body right now. Big difference. Anyone who has had a major hamstring tear knows this is a very long road back.
Been almost a year now for me and I still feel it just putting my toe on the back of the shoe on my left foot and pulling my foot out of my shoe.
I honestly think he is playing himself back into playing shape still as far as that injury goes. It’s so easy to injure it again.

Because physical gift can only carry you so far. At this stage its BBIQ over everything. He is getting stopped with his drives but not crafty enough for counter moves. Opponent also know you cant shoot. Then he just become a basketball player that can't drive nor shoot.

It was a game of ups and downs and we had our worst stretch at the worst time in the mid 4th quarter. We couldn't find our way back. It was a squandered opportunity.

That being said this season isn't about wins and losses to me and we definitely played well at times tonight. Big games from Tou and Clingan. This stretch from Scoot is not good. Hopefully he can get back to where he was last season soon or this will be a wasted season for him.

I'm actually OK with the fact that this roster is showing how weak it is. Joe has been in charge for what will be 4 years at the end of the season. With the change in ownership I just want our team to show where they're at so the new ownership can make the best big decisions possible to hopefully start a new era of excellence.
