Event 2026 NBA ALL STAR WEEKEND | FEBRUARY 14-15 FRIDAY - SUNDAY | NBC - ESPN - PEACOCK (1 Viewer)

I appreciate the competitiveness/effort, just seems like it was set up to be USA vs USA in the end. Should have just been a full game of US vs World.

I think, also, had Luka and Joker actually played, or they played something that resembled a game, it would've been more entertaining.

As cool as it was that Deni made the team, it really just felt like a typical "let the home player cook" moment.

I think team world should have used Deni as the point forward. Murray was too sloppy and Luka didn’t really care.

Murray sucked ass in the game. He legit looked like someone who had absolutely no business being an all star (not saying that Deni dominated or anything).

I haven’t watched an All Star game in years because it’s become such a joke of a game (no defense). But these games today have been pretty good, fun to watch.

What a lame format, miss the days of east vs west where the winning team gets some home court advantage come playoff time…

Deni phoned it in and I am alright with that cause I think his back is still tender and this team needs Deni if it wants a chance at the play in. Reason I think / pretty damn sure his back is still an issue is it looks like he was having issues bending down to get his dribble back and saw the same thing at times since his return.

As a Blazer fan this weekend was a rousing success cause DC and Yang on Friday looked pretty good then of course Dame was Dame and today Deni did not get hurt and not going to lie was a little worried about that so i give the Blazers a solid "A" for this weekend

World never stood a chance. Two USA teams. I mean come on.

The World team should have won the first game if they had just defended the 3 point line. They almost certainly would have won if Luka, SGA, and Jokic been healthy. They completely certainly would have won if Murray hadn’t been on the squad. How many stupid shots did that guy force?

If they want to do a tourney then fine... But have 4 teams then and winner advance. That would still only be a max of 3 games like two of the teams played today. But would be way better to have a simple winner advance. Could make the 4th team the winner of rookie sophomore game or whatever.

This three team tourney is the stupidest format I've ever heard of.

The 3rd game where world has to win by 3 points if they score under 40 and 2 pts if they score over 40 is ridiculous, I can't imagine how annoying it was being an announcer and trying to explain this without talking about how stupid it is.

There are some kinks to work out, but other than the first few minutes of the first game, I thought the players actually took pride in who won.
I actually watched the whole thing today. I can't remember doing that for years.

Douchebags on Reddit are crapping all over Deni for that second game.

People are filled with so much hate.
