I can see how it's useful in your example HCP.

But for me, as I get older, I don't give a shit what people from high school are up to that I never talk to anymore. I used to care more. But now I more and more only care about my immediate family and my close friends. I don't need Facebook to see how they are doing and what they are up to. And most people post so much stupid shit on Facebook or post 5 times a day.

I love IG. Because I follow things/topics/companies/teams that I am interested in. My feed is full of cars, sports, funny stuff.

Let's not derail this game thread with social media opinions.

Yeah I got family around the world…..it’s out only connect basically. I would love to know what KIA or Hyundai accounts you follow on IG though.

Spurs are obviously going to want end the series tonight and avoid having to fly back here for a game 5. They'll come out intense, gonna take it to us right away. And I'm sure their crowd will be fired up also.

Well, today is a big day. At least it will be interesting to see what the Blazers do for a while. Will we come out and play with insane intensity and somehow pull off a win? Or will another embarrassing 2nd half occur? Or will it be a close game where we ultimately fail? I just have major concerns about the coach. It kind of feels like he needs to play a little deeper into the roster and not try putting Sidy in so late. He needs to mix things up on the other team and put some fresh legs out there. If I were the coach I would put in a completely different and unused starting five to start the game just to throw the other team off and then see how they do and if things start to go bad, start subbing players out and the original starters will maybe play harder to show that they deserve the starting spot.

I don't know, you have to do SOMETHING different. It feels like same old same old every game.

I would go with a starting lineup of Vit, Sidy, Dame, Rob, Murray. Why not? Just do it for the first 3 minutes.

I would wait until the second half to make big changes. And I would definitely make big changes no matter what, especially if the blazers have a big lead.


If you start with big changes from the beginning of the game the Spurs can easily adjust to that.


I think splitter is too afraid to make changes to start the second half after a good first half.
but he has no excuse in this game after the blown lead in last game.
If you have a lead especially from the beginning of the second half onwards you need to do everything in your power to keep that lead with offense to match their scoring which is all you need to do.

I would wait until the second half to make big changes. And I would definitely make big changes no matter what, especially if the blazers have a big lead.

But they have already rolled out the same starters for these games and yes, it has kind of worked, because we've gotten up, but I doubt that that's going to happen again. I'm sure the Spurs are going to figure out how to stop that.

But you simply don’t need to be “friends” with them on it is what I’m saying. You have 100% complete and total control of how you use social media apps. I always laugh when I see people say how their timelines are filled with nothing but hate and politics and shit….. not mine. I don’t follow anything political anywhere. I got nothing but family updates, sports and photographers that I enjoy their work.

Looking at the last castle post on Instagram, i saw many comments condemning what what being posted. I couldnt find the actual threats but my guess is they were reported and taken down, or hidden in a long thread of comments. There were some weird posts for sure though from Deni fans.

I would like to see the Trail Blazers run the ball even on made baskets in the 2nd half. Take Clingan out , run RobWill until he's tired then put Murray in as small-ball center. Use Matisse Thybulle. He's the best Blazers at getting in passing lanes and stopping (and sometime reversing) another teams fast break.

The Spurs will probably win that battle too, but they'll likely have to take out Wemby after awhile and the Blazers won't have a 16-point 3rd quarter.

Use Sharpe as a lob threat as much as possible before the defense is set.
