The luminosity effect on the person ruins it. The text isn't too good either.

Text, and BG both need a good amount of work IMO.This is definitely <u>NOT</u> up to your standards, you can do better.Keep at it.

Good job, my only thing is; I don't like the pic at all

Keep the pic the orgigial color but otherwise I like this alot. Text is nice and so is the bg but brigter colors might be better. Still good work. 8/10
