Maryland joined for the money and B1G network and will suffer like Indiana and be a bottom feeder. Rutgers could create some noise, as their D is playing lights out and are coached very well(after their prior HC, Greg Schiano, bolted for Tampa). So the B1G would expand to about 14 members.

Methinks that the PAC-12 would add in more, as the ACC and Big East suffer.

This a joke? Boise state would never be considered for the PAC, you can do research if you like on things that are pretty much required for membership and well they are not even sniffing there.

Football is more of an after thought to adding teams as it is.
