40,000lbs!

Today I was in charge of 30 volunteers at the Multnomah Post Office and we picked up, sorted, boxed and shipped over 40,000 pounds of food to the Oregon Food Bank.

This is the 5th year in a row I have run a post office for the OFB. The Stamp Out Hunger food drive with the largest one day food drive in the nation.

Any way the last few years at the Multnomah PO we've collected around 25,000 pounds but this year was amazing!
