As BP noted, no surprises. They are firms that require on a percentage basis the most low-skilled labor.

One item the article states with which I vehemently disagree is raising wages in concert with profits. The labor wage is the labor wage. We no longer have slavery; people are free to accept a job or decline one. The company is owned by the shareholders; it is to them that the management has allegiance. It is their job to protect their long term interests.

I agree. A worker's wages are what tey are, not in lockstep with how well a company does.
 
Gee, who would have thought that companies that basically have no barrier to entry other than you're not a criminal and not a druggie won't pay that much.
