Huh??? I must have missed the news about Clinton being tried for any crimes whatsoever, let alone convicted. For a guy who incessantly points out there is no evidence of any criminal malfeasance against Donny, you sure like to play it both ways. Ever heard of being consistent? But then, you shot your credibility to shit by jumping on the Trump train as soon as the election was over......maybe we'll back off of Trump when you finally get over your frightening obsession with Hillary....

email server is evidence. The emails on it is evidence. The laws about handling classified information are clear.

You can do better.

The Beatles inspired Charles Manson. Damn the Beatles and their hateful calls for violence in their songs.

If the shooter had been a right-wing gun owner, that would be the lead story. Since he is a big Bernie supporter, you have to dig to find out that part and how he questioned which of the people practicing were Republican. I find it ironic that the "love trumps hate" crowd/supporters talk about love but have very little of it for people who don't agree with them.

There is plenty to agree/disagree on but so many people don't have the ability to have an actual intellectual discussion of ideas anymore. They are woefully uninformed and just spew headlines and start name-calling without knowing what is actually going on and the consequences/repercussions of the actions taken.

It's not a crime without a conviction. And if the law is so clear, where is the prosecution, let alone a conviction? And you can do better in the retort department.....but thanks for playing.

Funny how remarkably similar in their political support, Jeremy Christian and James Hodgkinson are.

Apparently whipping in to action by the those that feel free to spout hate when they lose elections.

I've read a lot of Rasta's twitter posts and personally can't recall one where killing republicans was the theme....

So OJ is innocent, no crime.

I don't get your reasoning here.
According to the criminal "justice" system OJ is indeed innocent, even though many of us truly believe in our hearts (and available evidence strongly indicates) that he got away with murder. You keep pointing out an apparent lack of evidence against Trump, therefore he has not done anything illegal. The "crimes" may be entirely different but the end result is still the same. Just because I believe Donny Trump is a lying, stealing, cheating POS doesn't mean it ain't so.......but he's still innocent until proven otherwise by Congress or a court of law. Same with Hillary. But nice try at deflection.......

What was interesting about the email investigation was in his testimony, Comey basically confirmed that she had done countless illegal things but suggested no conviction because he couldn't find intent. Seriously? That is not how the law works....apparently unless you are rich and a politician.

So that proves innocence? Okay....guess we agree to have a different standard on that.

I don't call for censorship. I call for people to not incite violence and propagate hate.

But beneath the cheering, a new emotion is taking hold among some Trump supporters as they grapple with reports predicting that he will lose the election: a dark fear about what will happen if their candidate is denied the White House. Some worry that they will be forgotten, along with their concerns and frustrations. Others believe the nation may be headed for violent conflict.

Jared Halbrook, 25, of Green Bay, Wis., said that if Mr. Trump lost to Hillary Clinton, which he worried would happen through a stolen election, it could lead to “another Revolutionary War.”

“If push comes to shove,” he added, and Mrs. Clinton “has to go by any means necessary, it will be done.”

“People are going to march on the capitols,” said Mr. Halbrook, who works at a call center. “They’re going to do whatever needs to be done to get her out of office, because she does not belong there.”

There are dozens, if not more, examples of this kind of behavior. Trump's claims of an illigitimate election are what created this kind of behavior/thought process. I have no doubt he would have emboldened his supporters had he lost the electoral college. He emboldens them now. Shut the fuck up about leftist violence.

Violence on either side needs to stop. I was accosted in downtown Portland by 3 leftists simply because of the color of my baseball cap. When I finally was able to show the clueless idiots that it was a Doernbecher Children's hospital charity golf hat and not a Make America Great again hat, they just change their verbal assaults to something else.

I said a lot of them....but who would count them?....oh...you have time to count them but not read them?

Edit, my mistake. Rasta didn't post it...you can see how I could make the error.

I read the stupid things almost all the time. See this post of his below where there's more political sarcasm.....

"As a white man I want to say this dude doesn't speak for me....oh wait, WE don't have to do that"

Blah blah blah blah. Over and over and over.

Murder is murder. The gun happens to be the weapon of choice in a country where people can afford them. What weapons are they using in Honduras? Perhaps someone should address their problem?
You mean, their problem of being a third world country with a barely-functional infrastructure? Kind of sad when you have to use them as a yardstick to look good.

I could not agree more. I just wanted to point out that isolating this as a leftist issue is stunning hypocrisy.

Okay, here is a perfect example of what is wrong with the press. While trying to distance their left leaning views from something that is being condemned they will try to present this guy as some aberration. What they do not tell you here is that the charges in 2006 were dropped.

All the while, they cozy up to BLM, Antifa and the whole "Not my President" regime and promote hateful performances as "art" fully knowing that it whips up those of lessor ability to reason.

This one the dumbass literally says Trump told people to use their second amendment rights against Hillary.

Here's what he actually said from the twitterdonkey's own link.

“If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks,” Mr. Trump said, as the crowd began to boo. He quickly added: “Although the Second Amendment people — maybe there is, I don’t know.”

What Trump meant or what he actually hoped people would do if Hillary got elected can be debated until the end of time. What is a fact is that he didn't literally tell anyone to do anything.

I don't particularly think Clinton is innocent. Far from it. But literally from my earliest memory I had it drummed into my head that in America, one accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty. That's not UCD's opinion. That is an American ideal, even when it requires one to suspend all belief. However, in the court of public opinion, Clinton was tried, convicted and sentenced (to political obscurity). That should be good enough for the Dennys of the world. As I'm not seeing a whole lot of difference between Clinton and Trump, I believe that same thing will eventually happen to Trump. Or at least I can hope.......but no, we don't have different standards for "proving innocence". I was just trying to point out the hypocrisy of our entire political, justice and societal systems.....

Don't be dense. You know exactly what he was suggesting. And dude, his supporters ATE IT UP. It's important for you to understand that THEY knew exactly what he was suggesting as well. You seem to be one of the only people that don't.

Oh come the fuck on...do you see roaming bands of the GOP blocking traffic, smashing windows, beating up random people, shouting down town hall meetings, destroying private property because they do not agree with a message, yelling and shrieking ridiculous bumper sticker tripe when they can not express an actual idea?

I know exactly what he was "suggesting"

Just like Obama "suggested" illegal aliens should vote.

When I say Obama told illegals to vote everyone says "no he didn't"

Well, Trump didn't tell anyone to do anything either.
