My favorite part is how she went out of her way to let everybody know in here that they were two African American officers. Can't just call them officers for fucks sake. I really can't stand when progressives talk, it fucking grinds my gears. Would rather listen to some idiot babble about how much he loves trump than the progressive virtue signaling progressives

Not to my knowledge. Used to always be male or female, you know because science and shit. Then the progressives strolled through and claimed you could be a fucking dragon so now there are a fuck load of genders and pronouns for what you wanna be called because logic...

I remember a "prefer not to answer" for gender on basically any job application I filled out starting at 15.
I'm sure it didn't magically appear in 2004 either.

Maybe stuff like that it more noticeable nowadays because it's been forced to the forefront of every conversation.

"Prefer not to answer" on job applications is an EEOC thing that exists because of gender bias--so as to avoid applications being rejected because the employer has a bias against women.

I consider political violence deplorable. Whoever is targeted. If someone is upset about an election, march in the streets, join an organization, call your Congressperson, donate money and/or time.

Again, I wish Rep. Scalise a full recovery. But facts are facts. He did speak at an international white supremacist conference. He was praised by David Duke. And he was known as arguably the most antigay member of Congress. So I hope that during his recovery he does have time to think. Not necessarily change his politics (unlikely) but realize that two people did not hesitate for a second when they needed to protect him. It is not irrelevant that they did so without regard to how he has acted/spoken in the past. One of the officers is still in the hospital, with her wife at her side; I hope Rep. Scalise reconsiders his position as he has opposed even hospital visitation rights for same sex couples. Realize that people are people regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation and all deserving of the same respect and human rights.

And I hope that just once, just ONCE, we can have a thread without people being called "retards" and other shit. Probably unlikely.

I was trying to give him a way to not be tilted next time he sees something like this by giving him another way to look at it.
