It was quite the night. Wheels was in rare form and Rice was hilarious! The most pumped I'd been since the Blazers won the title, and I was so young, I barely remember parts of that.

So i did this 10 times and i reset the starting positions every time first. I was amazed that Portland fell in the #1 spot 2 times and in the top 4 6 times.
Once at 9, once at 8, once at 7, once at 6.

Statistics can be counterintuitive though. The Blazers have greater odds of falling back in the draft to the 7-10 slots (54.1%) than they do of moving up to the 1-4 picks (37.2%). They have an 8.6% chance of staying at the 6th spot.
