In our morning conference call, it was announced by one of my partners that no work should be expected from me today. When one of my analysts mentioned what I wore to work today, there were lots of "it figures" and "I'm not surprised". It seems they know me too well.

I went with black slacks, a bright red shirt, and my Blazers tie. Nobody is shocked.

Where did you get the Blazers tie at? I have looked around briefly for one, but have not found one. Do they sell them at the RG? I would like to get one to wear to work on game days.

Amazingly enough, Wal-mart. Just happened upon it one day as we were passing through the men's department.

Also got Oden and Aldridge jerseys for $3 each at Wal-mart one time. Ahh, that was a good day...

Maybe this should be in its own thread, but I'm amazed at how many tickets are available on craigslist. I'm a season ticket holder who usually sells about half the games on craigslist. Unfortunately I can't go tonight (don't even get me started), and I have been surprised that my tix aren't selling at below my cost - for opening night no less.

There are tons of tix listed, and while the prices may seem high they can't be selling and there will probably be fire sales closer to game time.

I wonder if lots of speculators have been buying up season tickets and flooding the re-sale market. If so, they're gonna get hosed.

I'm guessing that's probably the case, people buying just to sell their tickets.

Have you tried selling on the Blazers' website? Was a lot easier, the few times I used it.
