Our generation has been lucky to of seen some of the true Godfathers of Electric Guitarist Music, moreso than any other era of time. Dwayne Allman could do anything with his Les Paul. Dwayne like several Epic greats, was truly one of a kind. I found a Zappa version of Statesboro Blues, and Whipping Post on You Tube. One of these two tho' is at times shut down, and a day latter, back up and running...
I just ran across this article yesterday, and was wondering if you have already seen it. One of the better sight seeing tours, in the South, as you well know better than others, to me, was taking drives to see, either old Plantations Mansions, either in need of refurbishing, or already looking like new.
