They need a GM that PA likes and respects. I would like to see Petrie come back. He is not ideal but he is repected around the league, and i think Paul still likes him even with their history. I see no one else.

Not true.

Again, not true...most fans were saying he was "a better fit" and were constantly making the point that Miller isn't a threat from deep so weren't too big of fans of keeping with the status quo.

It just points that there are a lot of details we don't consider when we look at stats.

Wondering if Rondo could be had for both picks and Wes.

I think Rondo could be had for that easily. That would give Boston some real room to work on a rebuild. But would we really want Rondo? We've had issues with a PG that can't consistently hit the perimeter shot. Rondo is no different. I know he's a much better PG than any that we've had in a long while; but wouldn't getting a Dragic and keeping both picks be better? I think Dragic could be had and we don't have to give up a single player.

Also, grabbing Dragic would allow us to keep JJ Hickson too. We'd probably be able to keep hickson if we got Rondo; but we'd lose Wes and the picks.

It might be nice to have a coach and then go after players who fit the coaches' vision. After we have a GM, and go after a coach who fits the GM's vision.

As to PG, we'll make a move for DWilliams, but probably lose out. Then we'll target Drag and maybe Brooks and probably snag one of those.
