Terrible policy. Greece, Spain and Italy should be temporarily booted from the Euro if they don't agree to government cuts. Instead, Germany is just giving them another fix. That E190B is just a drop in the bucket it will cost Germany to try to save the Euro, especially with the election of Hollande in France.
