My sister texted me this a moment ago:

"Last night [BC's neice] and I saw two Blazers in a sweet Lexus over by Shari's give a homeless guy on the corner a blazer hat and talked to him the whole time the light was red.. Only recognized the white guy... The back up center.. Leonard? It was cool!!!"

This would have been over on 185th out by Tanasbourne.

MyLe has been lurking around. I ran into him at Home Depot a couple times last week.

Real-time update: a co-worker just saw him on the Nike campus.

He recently tweeted he's coming down here to Crater Lake, should we make the game state-wide?

I'm heading to Klamath Falls this weekend... if I see a SWEET LEXUS on the highways I'll let you know.

OK, this is pretty much confirmation that he's putting roots in Portland as our starting PF next year. :MARIS61:

He held the door for my mom at the Post office a couple days ago, she said he was a super nice young man.

Jason Jennings Reincarnate!

Edit:

What about the time he built a time machine, traveled back 50 years, and saved a baby from drowning in the Vanport flood? Classic Jennings.

I believe he's still out there somewhere, keeping the world safe from refinery fires and bad potato salad, and making love to thousands of lonely women. In time, I know he'll return to the Blazers and his rightful roster position. Until then, we can only gaze out at the stars and wonder where Jason might be on this particular summer night...

I remember the time he saved a stray cat from my neighbors tree. He then proceeded to buy ice cream for everyone in the neighborhood.

I heard that he hangs out with Skita, Ruben BB and Ha these days.

I remember when jennings saved 3 marines from the towelhead river in iraq. He took some pretty heavy fire and got shot 15 times but he never gave up. He brought those 3 marines home personally on his own private jet, which he flew himself while perfoming surgery on himself with a fork and some needles and thread. He then treated all the marines to some pf changs chinese food then bought then all hookers for the night.
It still brings a tear to my eye knowing that this guy is out there and willing to give his own life to save us. for this, I say thank you mr. jennings.

Seriously? Lol I should've bought the dreamcast I saw for sale at a garage sale... Only 35 bucks and it came with crazy taxi, nba 2k2, ready to rumble boxing and sonic adventure 2.

I still break mine out to play Skies of Arcadia every few years. One of my favorite JRPGs of all time.

I showed pictures of blazers to my sister to figure out who was with Meyers giving out blazer caps to homeless folks.

She confirms it was Wesley Matthews.

I'll let you know if I see him today while I'm out hiking with the family. I forgot how beautiful this place is until last night. Hadn't been down since I was 10-12, and that was just for a few hours.
