Our D has definitely seen mass improvement. But our Offense isn't quite flowing as good as it did last year, IMO. Are these two things directly correlated? More effort on D causing this?

I'm thinking that's the case. The energy required to chase around players tires your legs. You need legs to get a quality jumper off.

One of the advantages to basically bringing back the whole team from last year is the continuity and chemistry but one of the disadvantages is that the Blazers might be more predictable compared to last year. We have also had a few early minor injuries to toss in as well. What's great is that the team is still winning and has one of the best records in the NBA and still have room for improvement.

The home/away splits are interesting.

Our D is a lot better at home than on the road. But our O is better on the road than at home.

GSW is worrisome. All their advanced stats are freaking amazing.

And what makes that amazing is if the refs make the correct call and don't overrule the out of bounds call in the game against them we would have the same record as GS.

Actually we're doing okay. Last I checked, no starter was over 35 minutes a game. That's a lot better than two years ago! Obviously more blowouts means more rest, which is good, but it's not like we're dying out there.
