Good win. That game was a grinder. Nic played like a boss.
 
Batum would be the best player on the Timberwolves. Not even close. Glad we kept him.

Nic ended the month of December averaging 5.9assists/gm in 12 games. Didn't know he had this in him. And with 2.7 to/gm.
 
With a cool game thread, how can I not add a thought.

Was at the game. Hawes is a a funny looking animated player that I had some fun with tonight. When he missed that tying 3, he was so pissed. And I just laid into him about it while he was on the floor and checking in and out. He never acknowledged me but he continue to be pissed and curse about that missed shot.

Crowd seem to enjoy it.

Speaking of the RG crowd. Crowd doesn't seem to get into the game until the 4th quarter these days. Doesn't have a buzz in the air during the game like a couple years ago . . . at least that what it seems like from my seats. Even that upper section that gets chants going doesn't seem to be able to generate much these days.

As for the crowd - a couple of years ago we thought we were on our way to contending. Now we all want to win, but we know the end game is much lower.
