The cheating I understand, but sheesh what a cheap bastard, lol!
 
OK...I can see the guy is asking for $5M....get the deal done for $3M. That's 1% investment to secure your $300M contract. Cheap rate for a commission by any std. Blood is thicker than water, but cash is even thicker. What a greedy fuck. How this isn't conduct unbecoming?

I one hand, the cousin is committing extortion. But negotiating the price and paying is an illegal bribe. 59 (and many others) may get his wish if a DA in FL and/or a DOJ US Attorney gets a hard on for ARod. Criminal charges could end his career.

If MLB didn't know of this until after his suspension started, do you think they go after him?
 
...my hope is that he never sets foot into the YS clubhouse again...and if there's any way that happens I'll be happy...and if at the same time there's any way they can also get away with not having to pay him, I'm sure they'll explore every legal avenue of doing so.
