When the Yankees score 1 run or less (17 times) they're 1-16
When the Yankees score 2 runs or less (25 times) they're 3-22
When the Yankees score 3 runs or less (36 times) they're 9-27

When the Yankees give up 5 runs or more (32 times) they're 1-31
When the Yankees score 5 runs or more (30 times) they're 21-9

25 games of 2 runs or less is just pathetic.

Vegas had the Yankees at 85.5 wins to start the season. I don't see it.

Honestly with everyone healthy & performing to there abilities I had the team at 90-92 wins. I mean if McCann, Beltran & Soriano performed to 80% of last years numbers We'd be 5-6 games up now.

The baseball in the division is just plain below par. The only thing the Yankees can do is tread water and try to come up with better trade deals than Cracktown or Toronto. Going to be a long shot though.

Or sell off, and give a bunch of kids the honor to say they once played with Jeter in the show.

...if these players are so bad, why would another team want them?

I live in San Diego....its a common expression for a mid year fire sale.

We are stuck with Teixeira, CC, A-Rod, Beltran &, McCann, So there really is nothing left to sell.

with Beltran's playoff history he'd def be a trading asset to a contending team. The rest i agree.

...^^^ but with his recent history, his recent numbers, and his injury, who'd want him?

Say what, ya'll are having more wild fires in SD...? I thought they only had Fire Sales in Miami...!!!
