I wasn’t referring to amendments. I was referring to getting judges who have interpretations closer to mine. And that happens when liberals are in charge. I’m really hoping the Dems can capture both houses and then pull the same shit the Republicans did in denying Obama his apointee. Then in 20 get a D into office with both houses and get some good appointments.

I would point out, there are no Constitutional amendments pending. None submitted for consideration in 40 years or so.

Of course there haven't been. Conservatives have the power to block any amendment, and they fully intend to.

And with the (R)'s in place, we didn't have sweeping "pass it so you can see what's in it" laws, making Obama start running the show by Executive Order than consent of the governed. Which, now that Trump is starting to use, doesn't seem cool to you for some reason.

Obama screwed me and a lot of people like me over. Ive talked about amendments to the 2nd amesment. And others. I am sure there are laws the republicans made that go against the constitution. Both sides are wrong.
