You know, this has been pleasant. While I have avoided all serious news outlets for months, (yeah, I listen to NPR, but they are to news as popcorn is to your daily requirements dietary wise) You bring up some interesting points. I think I am going to have to take a closer look at the subject.

5th circuit court of appeals unanimously reinstates the Texas law.

15 of 32 hospitals that the abortion doctors applied to for admitting privileges have accepted the applications.

A hospital with a name like St. Mary's is not likely to give privileges to an abortion doctor, even if the law forbids them to deny privileges for that reason. That could be the next fight.
