That's a shame. To me, you have both always seemed like good people.

It's always a shame whether you like the person or not.

I had to put Marzy on ignore and I find that to be a shame because Marzy has many good qualities.

I've flirted with putting others on ignore but finally decided against it and have always been glad that I didn't put them on ignore.

Ignore is really a very last step alternative. I would implore others to try and work it out. An honest effort will nearly always return a good result. Not always but nearly always.
