has anyone used it before? if so, whats it like?, does it work?

Here we go....This was a crazy topic on Slam3.I completed the first 2 weeks like a year ago and i noticed improvement, but i started getting a little pain in one of my knees. So I stopped. You just have to be smart with it, because it can cause an injury. If you do use it, do the drills on a soft surface and make sure you follow the rules. Dont over do.So for your question it just depends if you do it right.

I'm guessing my legs weren't strong enough to start off with and I was still growing added on to that.ORI did one or some of the drills wrong and/or I didn't rest correctly.

Maybe this is a stupid question but what exactly is Air Alert?

I never tried Air Alert before, but I tried JumpSoles and those things work. I gained like 8 inches on my vertical and I only did about 4 weeks of the program... I need to start it up again.

Where do you get Air Alert or JumpSoles?

I've tried it for about 6-7 weeks and I can almost dunk. I believe if I went through with it I could. It is EXTREMELY hard though. It take a helluva heart to jump higher to do it. Also if your legs are weak you might find it too hard. 14 years old is probably the bare minimum to start, or you could injure your legs a lot.I'm continuing over the summer.Anyone know how Nate/Spud got their sick hops?

I searched it on Google. There is a schedual on what to do on what days. It was on the Slam3 forums, might still be.I suggest use the latest version, the other ones have found to injure some users. I used version 3 i think.

There's so many fake ones out there. I'll get it up here in a little.Ok here it is:

To find out how to do the exercises right just search AA3 and you should be able to find something that explains them

I currently do air alert, im in week 6. Its getting really hard to do though.

Lefty, I don't think the one you posted is right. I found a website and it gives you the chart and it tells you how to do each excercise. The chart you posted is basically right, but there are just some minor things that are different.

Because this chart is the EXACT chart the AA3 gives you if you were to buy it from them.

Honestly I would do the one I posted, but still use that cause it has all the rules on it and everything.Another thing make sure you warmup before and cool down after. Make sure you are welll hydrated as well.

Im going to try to start next week, I guess im going to use the one i found since Young Cus has seen the improvement with it. Any tips or something before I start?

I dont need air alert. I am 13 and can dunk on 8.5 :winkglasses:

And if you drink alot of pop slow down on it.Good Luck.

Im gonna do my last day of week 6 in an hour.

But it's a hard routine to keep up.I have an AAIII chart printed out, I can't remember where I got it from though. It shows all the workouts and stuff. And that is the right one.
