So far, TX has run well in the gap, but penalties are hurting them. That and UO's speed.

That's a good strategy against the D. Hard time stopping the run so run it down our throats and eat up a ton of clock while now and then taking a shot downfield to try and keep the D honest.

I don't know how they do it, but we need to improve our run defense between now and next season. Our defensive line was so hyped before the season but I really don't see it at all.

Texas doesn't do anything but run the ball. It's like a replay of Stanford. They've thrown maybe four or five times total.

What I don't understand is how you can't stop the run if that's the only thing they're doing. Load up the line. Make them throw.

Both teams have good rushing yards but we're averaging 7 yards per carry and TX 4.
