"Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting that his 2013 base salary will be $1.35 million, and that the 31-year-old did not want any guaranteed money."

He didn't want guaranteed money? Whaa?

Did anyone sign Charles Woodson yet? Wonder if he's next.

That is odd. NFC west is going to be crazy next year. The Raiders Namdi looked good. The Dream Team Namdi not so good. I will be curious how he plays for SF.

Nnamdi baby! Sorry but the miners are just plain stacked.

Revis is coming on draft day, debartalo days coming back around!

Never understood why the Eagles were interested in him at all. He made his hay in Oakland as a lockdown man corner who could shut down his man without any help, yet the Eagles use mostly zone coverage. Unsurprisingly turned out to be a major waste of time and money.

Didn't see him that much with the Eagles but seems like everyone thinks hes lost a step. I always thought he could convert to safety late in his career. He was a safety through college, big for a CB, and tackled well. Hes incredibly intelligent. I think he'd do well as a FS.

Hard to say. He never really did much for the Hawks. I think it is a good move for the Raiders. He is not expensive and he did well in spot duty for the Packers. They need to move forward without Carson Palmer and unless they thought Geno Smith was the guy he is a good guy to take a flier on. He could be the guy and if he isn't it didn't cost them much.

Yeah there's not much downside for us. Palmer wasn't an answer long term. This guy is an unknown, maybe we have something with him. Probably hes nothing really special though and if thats the case then there's no real harm done as we were going to suck balls and continue rebuilding this year anyway. And for all the R's fans crying about giving Pryor the job, Reggie McKenzie really loves competition, so if Pryor has it in him to be anything at all at this level he'll have his chance. I don't think hes an NFL QB.

Michael Crabtree has a torn Achilles and could miss the season according to reports.

Ouch. decent blow to the niners. Crabtree seemed to have taken a,step forward last yr.

do the niners reach out to moss to return?
