Michelle Obama is popular but has no governing experience. She is smart but has not been involved in the current critical issues. She has never debated. She is not running.
Klobuchar is running for re-election against a Republican man who complained women are too mouthy.

It’s an unusual election this time but yeah, I don’t hold out much hope if the party is going to scramble to find a new guy.
 
He was my #6 or 7 choice. I compared it to being in abusive relationship (Trump) and then looking for someone safe and boring. He actually has a lot of accomplishments but he does not boast and media would rather cover Trump, who always does something outrageous, while dismissed Biden as old.
If Democrats decide to change horses they need to do it now.

Nobody cares about these identity politics, give it a rest. Liberals attack non-white and non-male conservatives even more aggressively that they do white men. They lose their minds when their pets try to leave the farm, their pretend social justice crumbles away real quick.
 
I wanted Klobuchar in 2020.

She's not running is the only thing that matters. Trump was in the same boat as her and she has more cache and gravitas. If she ran, she'd win easily and is connected with enough quality people and experts that not being involved would be meaningless; she'd have a much more qualified staff than Project 2025 Guy is going to put together.
 
Is this meeting a thing? Checked news sources and see no mention?

I wish that was even a consideration. The Republicans will 100% not be taking this strategy. I honestly don't see anybody on the Dem side who will either...

One party passes legislation to further divide the super rich wealthy from the average Joe.

One of the parties wants to abolish workers rights. Tear down unions.

One of the parties panders to the Bible thumpers.

Both parties work together to accomplish all these things. The rest is pro wrestling. Being loyal to one of the cheeks on the same ass won’t ever really help anything.
 
Just waiting for the announcement. Biden 100% will not be the candidate, unless they are throwing the fight for some odd reason. I’m wondering if it happens this week or next week.

I like a balance of R’s and D’s in my local politics to keep things honest and balanced. From a nationwide scale I find the Republican Party nauseating.

I thought Trump was a bitch long before he became political. I hate him now even more. And you have herds of Americans that don’t know jack shit about politics for the most part wanting him to be king of their fiefdom.

Maybe Biden should suggest to Trump that the charges against him will be dropped, as long as he quietly goes away and shuts the ever loving hell up.
