Anyone surprised that Aldridge got more votes than Roy? And against arguably harder competition too.
 
I like how on TNT the image stating that the reserves will be announced next week had Roy on it.
 
CWebb doesn't feel Roy should be an all-star.

On the who should have started vote, Roy got 37% of the vote, beating Billups, Dirk, and Shaq.
 
Ok I am going to throw this out there. I would rather Roy rest than play in the all star game. :drumroll:

Chris Webber is a tool, who probably has no idea where Portland is, let alone that Brandon Roy is arguably the second best SG in the west.
 
That show is terrible now. Charles needs to come back fast. All that yelling was really annoying.

Cwebb pretty much never gives Portland any love. I watch the NBATV show he is on a lot, and he tends to be much more of a "they are hype until they do something" and then he usually brings up times like when he was in Washington, and they had a lot of talent that never did anything. It is no excuse really to not like Brandon, but that's the way it goes.

He picked KD over Roy, and his reasoning for not picking Roy was because "he would have to take Steve Nash as well, if he took Roy."

Oh my God it's horrible. With Charles out it's like they have to manufacture enthusiasm and just really let us all know that they're totally having so much fun on the set! So very very very lame. Hey guys, we have to continue with our ridiculous bantering all the way until the commercials cut us off because we're so fucking funny and insightful! Webber's value to the basketball world is somewhere between Canzano & Steven A. Smith.

Webber is much better with GP and Ahmad on NBATV. He has no chemistry with the TNT crew. I think that is because when Cweb is on with GP, they talk a lot of trash, which is funny.

Yeah CWeb is funny at least on NBATV, I don't mind him for his entertainment value.
 
From the final tallies, I'm surprised to see Spurs players are the big favorite in China.
 
What other Western SG do you see making the team? Kevin Martin? Manu? Durant is more of an SF.....

Martin has good numbers but has missed a lot of games. It is pretty obvious that Roy will make the team.
