I'm curious about something, and maybe some of you guys can answer this question.
If you have kids with someone outside your race, how much of yourself do you still see in your kids? I've always noticed that it seems like the white gene gets overpowered when it's mixed with black or Asian or whatever. Seems like we're the canvas in the beautiful painting. Of course, I think some of the lighter skinned black women are the hottest.
Mariah Carey
Vanessa Williams
Alicia Keys
The list goes on.
My wife is Asian/Spanish (as in Spain, not HCP Mexican). I see a lot of both of us in our kids, but our kids look very different from one another. They have different body types, hair color, eyes, jaw structure, etc. And very different personalities. My wife's genetics definitely impacted eye shape, but the kids are very fair skin (not that my wife isn't fair). I'm probably not the best example, but my general notes above apply, I'd say, to the interracial couples we're friends with, especially the part about being able to see each of us in our children, but yet the children look so different.
Oh and Asian-white mixes are the best.
I knew this girl who was 50% Korean, 25% white, 25% black. GORGEOUS
I personally think Korean food is the most delicious of all. Next is Japanese. Then Thai.
Wow.... Asian/Spanish. That's an interesting mix right there before tossing you into the gene pool.
FIFY.
I must say, reading about that type of surgery has been a real eye-opener...
That doesn't work, the order is wrong

Milk man, mailman, pool boy, etc.

I'd like to see part of myself in your wife.
You're sicker that I had initially thought you were.
Yeah, when you were a Jr.![]()
It's better than being a tuba player.
I'm only a tuba player by default. Piano and trumpet rule the day. String bass' are kinda cool, but rather limited.
