What happened to road trippin with Big John?

I know Nic is happy here. He loves his teammates and the fans. As far as his performance, I have no explanation. His scoring is down, but aren't his rebs and dimes about the same. LA has said before that he is the key to this team. If he is doing the little things, the team will click on both ends. I'm not worried about his scoring, we have the firepower to pick that up. What people don't mention is him on the defensive end.
 
Haven't read the thread so forgive me if this is a re-post, but what do you think of the job the HC has been doing this year? Terry Stotts (?)

Yes I do and yes I have. Already this season they weren't looking at the right angle on a 3 for Blake and we yelled at MB to yell at Stotts to tell them to look at OUR angle. Got us an extra point!

I'm a family man first no matter what! I won an Emmy last season and it was amazing, but NOTHING like watching my kids out on the court/field or doing kick ass things at school. Having kids changes you for the good my man, I'm proof!

Wish I could, NBA owns everything I capture. Nobody would care if I threw some replays of a dunk or big shot on here, but that's about it.

I think coach has done a great job. Juggling egos and temperaments of pro athletes isn't easy. Our rotation is pretty much set, but it's the little things I notice. The way he interacts with the guys and other coaches is nice to see. The key for a head coach is to have everybody respect, and that he does.

From some of the pics i have seem you did this job during Nate's time also. What did you think about Nate McMillian?

I was going to put on a Holdahl shirt a couple of weeks ago, but I heard him coming up the stairs so I had to bail out his bedroom window...

Edit: I was just thinking, Allen sprung for superbowl rings for many staffers. If the Blazers win the title what are the chances you will get a title ring too?

Nice.

I wonder at times if his performance is a direct response to his happiness level. When he signed his extension his real desire was to be in Minny not here. There are times a camera will get a direct look at him when he is having one of his poor shooting performances. And I see irritation and not irritation that he is shooting bad. I say this because it happens way to regularly. So I just wonder how happy he is and how that effects him and the overall team.
 
Of all the rosters, coaches etc here you've covered, how does this roster and staff stack up?

I think this horse has been beaten to death and blown away in the wind, although in Nico's court, he got paid really well and at the time it was a choice between Kaleb Canales and Rick Adelman's systems. Canales was from the Nate school of coaching. The Blazers weren't exactly lighting up the league in that lottery year.

Coach Nate was/is a damn good coach! Different way and mentality of doing things. Some players thrive under different types of coaching.
