I knew the previous Roku had been connected, not to Xfinity, but to a personal network that is password protected. I do keep track of passwords but what I thought was the right one didn't work and it would not connect to Xfinity wifi. I had mentioned this to Comcast but a requirement for working there is never listen. Suddenly got the idea of going to Xfinity ap and under help wrote recover network password. Screen showed network is my name_net and password phone number.

So I tried and voila, Roku running. All my custom channels showed but I needed to put them back in preferred order.
 
Amazon delivery guy had trouble carrying my new 16 kg kettle bell. He dropped it on the path and I had to tote it up all the porch steps. He was half my age and twice my size.
 
I try not to buy from Amazon because they’re evil, but every once in awhile I break down if I can’t find what I need somewhere else.
