exactly, I remember those days well. About the time Bonds collided with Mays, I began to think no way will Bobby ever be a Willie Mays, even if it were May's fault for the collision, tho' I've always believed that OF disaster should of been diverted by Bonds, and was Bonds interference into Mays Turf, ie Bonds Fault; after all Mays always had the CF call card to use, and Bonds knew it.

Bonds was well on his way to a HOF career & the 1st member of the 500 / 500 club before his foolish trade to the Yankees for the other new icon Bobby Murcer. Never thought I'd see Bonds get passed around to 8 different teams.
