i would love that but you have think if we’re not giving up any talent then it’s going to take more than one lottery protected first.

Would like Bamba here and think he can play some '4'. He shot 38% from '3' last year and is athletic enough to switch out. I believe played some '4' opposite WCJr this season.

Yeah well Keon is worth something. But I think your right. Do we give up Little? Listing out the depth chart, we'd actually be pretty good at forward even if he's gone.

I think if we bring in Collins then Ant should go to the bench, pair Harts D with the starters. Ant can lead bench scoring.

With a better defensive forward I'm fine starting Simons and bringing Hart off the bench.

My affinity for Ant aside, there is absolutely no way that Ant is coming off the bench next season.
 
That would be some makeover from the beginning of last season.

Maybe we put Dame on the bench?

I don't like the defense of this starting lineup:

Dame
Ant
Grant
Collins
Nurk

Maybe they have to begin the year with it because of these guys egos.... When it gets torched they then try sending Collins or Ant to the bench.

Hard to say who will get playing time. Little could easily outplay Grant if Grant doesn't bring his motor.

collins is a decent defender
 
Let's face it, Lillard is definitely the weakest defender on that list. And the highest paid.
But the only proven clutch scorer in the playoffs.
He could rest a lot in the regular season? That would be good for everyone.

yes, and our entire bench is quite solid on that end. I think we could be ranked 8th-12th on defense if chauncey makes it work.

dame and ant would get targeted like hell in the playoffs, but let's get there first. i have some hope Ant becoming better too. And we could also play around with lineups as well later on.

Your right most our best defenders would be on the bench and our best offensive players starting. Ideally the units would be more balanced. Starters D would be better as:

Bad
Good
Decent
Decent
Decent
 
There's still no second superstar in that roster. Which is why I really don't want to switch to 28 year old Grant from 22 year old Little.
Also, there is no hustle player in the starting lineup. Not good either.

Winslow is better than decent on defense. He's good.

That sucks. This is exactly what I was worried about. The team turned around based on team offense and hustle and defense last season.
It would be disappointing if they just try for a better version of the team that started last season. Talk about Shaedon Sharpe and his motor.
There are NBA players that look like they're unplugged sometimes.

This is firmly why I believe Hart should be the starting two. Shut the other teams down right out of the gate.
