I haven't gotten a damn bit of work done all day. I'm wearing my scarlet and black striped tie and my Blazer lapel pin. Man, I'm fired up.

Am I alone in being completely unable to focus on work?

I am at about 50% productivity today. Sitting in my Southern California office wearing my black Rudy Jersey in recognition of a fallen hero.

I'm very excited about this game and pretty confident Portland can win, but elimination playoff games are when I start to lose focus during the day.

I got quite a bit done today. i have a headache though, OD'd on coffee. hah, I have a blazer lapel pin...love that shit. I got some laker fan buddies coming over to watch the game...... :cheers:

I've been surprisingly productive today.

The only day I'm completely and utterly useless is the week of the draft.
 
I'm not particularly excited about this game... I want us to win it and all, but in comparison to the playoffs games that are right around the corner I'm not seeing it as a particularly big game.

Kind of how I feel. I don't feel it means much.

We've already established we're a better team than LA, and if they last long enough so we meet in the playoffs we'll deal with them then.
 
Worked from home today. Put in a good two hours worth of actual work. Had another two-three hours of meetings/calls (some of which was actually productive).

Gramps...

EVERY game is big Ed. HCA is key.
 
Lakers fans are people just like us, except with bad taste.

They can be good people in other respects. One of my best friends from college is a Lakers fan.

Every successful team has a collection of bandwagon riff-raff. Yankees and Red Sox spring readily to mind. It's the real fans that I'm referring to.
 
I havent been this fired up for a game in a long time! Wish I was there screamin' and clappin' my ass off!
