That would be pretty fun to buy. Looks to be in decent shape, and probably easy to fix (outside of the availability of certain parts). That is a cool find.

I love to fix up old cars. Too bad I can't operate tools to save my life. I've always wanted to get one of those Lincoln's with suicide doors and restore it. I wish I knew how.

Most of my escorts these days are fixer-uppers.....with rumble seats.

BEERBOY that bug would be sick to have!

Mags, mid to late 60s any american car would be fresh! I love the mid 60 Lincoln..... beautiful. Channing Frye had a sick one.

mags, you should buy an old rust free suicide door model and slowly fix it up, those old cars are easy as shit to work on

I also really want a 23 window VW Bus, but restored ones have gotten too spendy, well over 100K

Those buses are SO DOPE!!!!!!!

My dad loved to restore cars and could do it pretty well. About the only thing he wouldn't do is upholstery and painting (he would take the car to the booth prepped perfectly, however) because he was so picky about finishes. In fact, he had a garage with a lift at his house. When he died, he had 14 restored cars and 11 parts cars. I now have his tools, but never developed his skill.

When I was 14, my dad decided we would rebuild a car together and then it would be mine when I was 16. He purchased a 1965Maserati Sebring. I worked my ass off on that car for over a year. When it was done, my father decided it was too nice for me to have, so he kept it himself. He did the same thing years later with my brother with a 1968 Mustang fastback. The only one of us that actually got a car was my sister. She was just given a 1982 Volvo 240 because it was the safest car my dad could find.
