Reviews have started coming out and some are saying it's a mayan "First Blood." I love First Blood but it seems like an action pic, rather then a in depth look at the Mayan civilization. But Mel sure seems to indulge into excessive violence.

I seen it tonight, and thought it was a good movie. It was action packed, entertaining, and all around creative. Mel Gibson did a good job with this movie.
