Delete and then re-install? That usually cures any software issues I've had with iPhones.

mobileHCP is back!!!!!!

Good deal. Glad it worked.

Also, you'll never have to re-purchase the apps you already have as long as you're using the same Apple ID. There are apps that I paid for in 08/09 when I had the iPhone 3G that I can download for free today.

This is your link for NBA/NBPA news conferences: nba.com/home/live1/ @johnschuhmann also advises NBA TV will carry 'em.

With a few incorrect tweets, NBA TV briefly had its highest viewership of the summer. But the wait goes on.

Okay. Officially told by league that meeting has NOT ended and is still continuing. Person in meeting told me it was ending. I apologize.

I think it's similar to Mac vs pc. For the same or even less money, the pc has superior hardware specs. But the Mac has very good specs and the Mac software is amazingly great. PC software not so great.

Everything I download (mostly free) for my iPhone works great. My boss has an android and says the software is crap.

I have a very fast laptop I dual boot windows and Ubuntu linux. For the technical work I do, it screams. My MacBook pro is far more portable, far more elegant in design, the user interface and experience is light years better, and it's plenty fast enough.

I've always understood PC's and Macs to be nowhere near the same price range, but maybe I wasn't looking closely enough at the specs. Every time I even think about trying out a Mac I see the prices and realize I'm not ready. lol. Thanks for the review. I may end up giving the Iphone a try.

Once you buy an app... you can delete and download it over and over. You never have to buy it again. It is saved on your account. My kids delete and reinstall games/apps on their iphone/ipad all the time.

MacBook Air is slick, and costs $999. Cheapest desktop is the mini for about $600. Cheapest iMac is about $1200, and that includes the monitor.

So far I would say the iPhone 4s is a better phone than my HTC EVO. There are some things that I miss about Android, like widgets, but iOs 5 has solved a lot of the problems I thought iPhone always had. The notification pull down menu is new, and it was necessary. They finally put a camera in it to match the ones in the top model Androids. The battery life seems far superior to the EVO I have. I still have significant battery life after heavy use all day long. My Android would definitely require a midday charge if I was using it as much. The screen isn't as large, but it looks better. The Apps work so well, it's like they came with the phone. A lot of Android apps are great in theory, but crash a lot and just seem faulty in general. I haven't come across anything like that so far on the iPhone. I'm also liking the quick shortcut maneuvers the phone has to do certain things like pulling up the camera or change the music without having to unlock. The internal speaker is amazing.

Some people will miss 4G, but I never even use it, so not me. So far, what I miss most, is the wifi hotspot option I had on the Evo. I thought this phone had it, but I don't see it. I also hate how you can't delete the stock applications you don't want. The Siri personal assistant thing is cool, but I don't see a practical need for it. I'm definitely leaning towards ditching the Android and keeping this, though.

The hotspot usage is really expensive, right? Like $10 per gigabyte.

sprint charges 30 a month I believe, but you can jailbreak the phone and do it for free

if you jailbreak the phone don't you lose GPS function?

I think you can put all of the unwanted ones in a folder so that you only have to see one icon you don't want instead of several.
